01 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
02 - 1 cup blueberries
03 - 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
04 - 1 cup mango, diced
05 - 1 cup watermelon, cut into small balls or cubes
06 - 1 cup pineapple, diced

07 - 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
08 - 1 tbsp honey (optional, use agave syrup for vegan)
09 - 1 lime, juiced
10 - 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds for decoration
# Directions:
01 - Wash and prepare all fruits by slicing, dicing, or shaping into small balls for uniform consistency.
02 - In a large bowl, gently toss the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, watermelon, and pineapple with freshly squeezed lime juice and honey or agave syrup as preferred.
03 - On a large serving platter, shape the mixed fruit to mimic a butterfly with two larger clusters as wings and a smaller line for the body.
04 - Decorate wings with pomegranate seeds and evenly sprinkle with finely chopped fresh mint leaves.
05 - Serve immediately or chill for up to one hour before serving.
