01 - 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
02 - 1 cup mango, diced
03 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
04 - 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
05 - 1 orange, segmented
06 - ½ cup seedless grapes, halved

→ Dressing

07 - ½ cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
08 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
09 - 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey
10 - ¼ teaspoon grated ginger
11 - Pinch of sea salt

→ Garnish

12 - ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, torn
13 - ½ cup chilled sparkling water
14 - Lime zest, for sprinkling (optional)

# Directions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple, mango, strawberries, kiwi, orange, and grapes.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, lime juice, agave syrup or honey, grated ginger, and sea salt until well combined.
03 - Pour the dressing over the mixed fruits and gently toss to coat evenly.
04 - Add fresh mint leaves and fold gently into the fruit mixture.
05 - Just before serving, pour chilled sparkling water over the fruit mixture and toss lightly to combine.
06 - Divide into serving bowls, garnish with extra mint leaves and lime zest if desired, then serve immediately.
