# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt until smooth and creamy.
02 - If desired, mix in a few drops of blue food coloring until a pale icy blue color is achieved.
03 - Fold chopped chives gently into the mixture.
04 - Spoon the dip into a wide, shallow bowl, smooth the surface, then sprinkle with extra crumbled blue cheese and chopped herbs. Optionally, scatter edible glitter or sugar pearls for an icy effect.
05 - On a large platter, artfully arrange tortilla chips, blue corn chips, and fresh vegetable sticks and slices around the dip to resemble a frozen pond.
06 - Present immediately, offering additional chips and vegetables on the side.
