# Directions:
01 - Use an elephant-shaped cookie cutter to cut each bread slice into elephant shapes, reserving scraps for breadcrumbs or croutons.
02 - Apply a thin layer of mayonnaise and yellow mustard on half of the elephant-shaped bread slices.
03 - Place turkey or vegetarian deli slices and cheddar cheese on the mustard and mayonnaise coated bread slices.
04 - Top the layers with thin cucumber and red bell pepper slices for texture and color.
