06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Directions:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl or mason jar, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
02 - Gently fold the sliced strawberries into the oat mixture, distributing evenly throughout.
03 - Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours, allowing the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and reach optimal consistency.
04 - In the morning, stir the overnight oats thoroughly. If the mixture appears too thick, add a splash of milk to achieve desired creaminess.
05 - Divide the prepared overnight oats evenly between two serving bowls or jars.
