03 - 1 medium banana, peeled
04 - 2 tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut

06 - 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
07 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream
08 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)

# Directions:
01 - Separate Oreo cookies and remove cream filling. Pulse cookie wafers in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
02 - Add softened cream cheese to cookie crumbs and blend until mixture is sticky and cohesive.
03 - Spread plastic wrap on a flat surface. Flatten mixture into an 8 by 6 inch rectangle, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
04 - Evenly spread strawberry jam over the base, then sprinkle with shredded coconut.
05 - Position peeled banana lengthwise near one edge of the rectangle.
06 - Use plastic wrap to tightly roll the mixture around the banana, forming a log. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm.
07 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in soy sauce if using.
08 - Unwrap roll and cut into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange on a platter and serve with chocolate soy dip. Garnish with sprinkles or extra coconut as desired.
