Cucumber Tomato Tree Dip (Print View)

01 - 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
02 - 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
03 - 1 small yellow bell pepper, sliced

05 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
06 - ½ cup sour cream
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

11 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, dill, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a small bowl and place at the center or bottom of a large serving platter.
02 - Arrange cucumber slices in overlapping rows above the dip bowl to create the shape of a Christmas tree.
03 - Place halved cherry tomatoes between the cucumber rows to simulate ornaments on the tree.
04 - Use yellow bell pepper slices to fashion a star at the top of the tree and add extra decorative touches.
05 - Decorate branches with fresh parsley or dill sprigs for a festive appearance.
06 - Chill before serving, allowing guests to dip vegetables into the creamy dip.
