10 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
11 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

12 - 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl to create the marinade.
03 - Add carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, and parsnip sticks to the marinade and toss to evenly coat all pieces.
