# Directions:
01 - Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl until evenly mixed.
02 - Beat granulated sugar and vegetable oil in a large bowl until fully integrated. Add eggs one at a time, beating until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
03 - Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Dough will be sticky.
04 - Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until dough firms up sufficiently for handling.
05 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
06 - Place powdered sugar in a shallow dish. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, then coat thoroughly with powdered sugar.
