# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The contrast between the crispy bread and the creamy, warm feta creates a textural experience that will make you close your eyes with each bite.
  • Its both elegant enough for guests and simple enough for a quick lunch when youre craving something that tastes like it took way more effort than it actually did.
02 -
  • Dont slice your bread too thinly or it will become a soggy mess under the weight of the toppings.
  • Letting the toasts rest for about 2 minutes after baking allows the feta to set slightly, making it easier to pick up and eat without the toppings sliding off.
03 -
  • If your feta is particularly salty, reduce the added salt in the tomato mixture to maintain balance in the final dish.
  • For extra flavor dimension, rub a cut garlic clove over the bread before adding toppings, giving it that subtle hint of garlic without overwhelming the other flavors.
