# Directions:
01 - Set the air fryer to 375°F and preheat for 3 minutes.
02 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped broccoli; sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat and cool slightly.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine sautéed broccoli mixture with cream cheese and shredded cheddar. Stir until well incorporated.
04 - Place bread slices on a clean surface. Spread mayonnaise or softened butter on one side of each slice. Evenly distribute broccoli-cheddar filling onto the unbuttered side of two slices, then top with remaining slices, buttered side facing out.
05 - Place sandwiches into the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if necessary. Air fry at 375°F for 4 to 5 minutes per side, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
06 - Allow sandwiches to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
